Service Fees and Rates
Current Fees
Payment is required at the time of service. Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX) and some ACH payments such as Venmo. Fees are due in full at the completion of each scheduled visit via credit card on file or ACH payment. If neither of these are possible, advance payment retainer by cashier’s check may be considered.

Office Policies
Video and Phone sessions are billed at the same rate as in-person sessions.
Long phone calls to insurance companies, other therapists or doctors, and the completion of paperwork
such as a written evaluation are billed at the same rate as an in-person visit as time for these must be built
into the workday.
